Follow-up Visit
(1 hour) I will do a free visit around a week after you deliver your baby to go over how the birth went for you and what you liked and would’ve done differently. This will assist me in my doula services and it is also helpful to talk about the birth to remember special moments that you had during your baby’s delivery. free
Postpartum Day
(3-4 hours)This is a day that I will come to your house and do whatever you need me to, whether that be doing housework, (dishes, laundry, and cleaning) cooking meals or baking, child care, or just coming to take care of the baby and give you a break to get the rest you need. $50
